How does the free coffee work?
It’s simple! You get unlimited free coffee every day when you drink in or bring your own reusable cup. If you need a takeaway cup, there’s a small charge, but that’s because we’re serious about reducing waste. We’re solving a coffee problem, not creating a rubbish problem.
Is membership for individual use?
Yes, membership is for personal use, but you can use it to treat your family or friends! Whether it’s a takeaway dinner or dining in, you can pay the bill using your membership card and enjoy the same great discounts.
How do I access my membership card?
We’ve made it super easy! Your membership is stored as a digital wallet pass on your phone, so it’s always with you when you need it. And don’t worry, we provide full training on how to use it.

What’s next for Niche Pizza?
We’re planning to open a few more locations in 2025/26 in South Wales. Your membership helps us grow, bringing coffee, pizza, and community to more places and supporting our mission to reward loyalty in a meaningful way.
What happens if I don’t use my membership for a month?
Nothing! Your membership rolls over into the next month. But let’s be honest if you’re not eating pizza at least once a month, you might be in the wrong place!
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time before your renewal date, no strings attached.
What’s the difference between Rewards and VIP?
Rewards gives you 15% off all pizza, cocktails, and free coffee.
VIP bumps that to a huge 50% off plus access to exclusive private events and a WhatsApp group for instant customer service.
Do I earn points on everything I buy?
Yes! You’ll earn points on every purchase at any Niche location, coffee, pizza, cocktails, the whole menu.
Can I share my membership with my family?
Not directly, but you can still treat them! Take them out and pay the bill using your membership, or order takeaway to share at home.
What coffee options are available?
We keep things simple. Every location offers classic coffee options like lattes, americanos, and teas.
